Shipping Rates

Domestic orders ship FedEx Ground. Free domestic shipping on orders over $250. Domestic orders under $250, ship for $10 for the first item and $3 for each additional item.  International orders ship USPS Priority International, at a flat rate of $30 for the first item and $3 for each additional item.

Shop Policies

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will refund any US purchase within 14 days of the shipping date.  All items must be unworn and unwashed.

US Customer Returns & Exchanges

All domestic returns and exchanges must be requested by emailing contact@ete-noir.com. Please email us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide a brief reason for your request. We will reply with a prepaid shipping label.  Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery. été noir is not responsible for lost or undelivered returns. Once we receive your package, we will issue your refund within one week of receipt. Shipping fees incurred will not be refunded. Exchanges are final sale. 

International Orders

All International orders are final sale, no returns.
